  • Electric Mixer
  • Large glass or steel bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup heavy cream or heavy whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Take a steel or glass bowl and an electric mixer and chill them in the refrigerator for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, to the chilled bowl.
  • Mix these 3 ingredients with a stand mixer starting with slow speed and then increasing the speed to medium.
  • Whip This mixture for 1 to 2 minutes or until the stiff peak forms.
  • The homemade whipped cream is ready. enjoy it or store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
